Studies show olive oil may reduce cholesterol, the risk of heart disease and mostly recently the risk of stroke.
Wilmington’s Kymberlei DiNapoli understands the oil’s value. Just a year after opening Taste the Olive, an olive oil-centric gourmet food and wine shop, DiNapoli expanded the business, adding more space for a wine bar.
